Fall is here and Halloween is creeping pretty freakin’ close. Do you have your pumpkin-everything food and beverage ideas ready? If not, don’t be scared. I’ve got some boo-tiful (and healthy!) inspo right here…

Pumpkin Spice & Cashew Butter Smoothie
This Smoothie is thick with tingly, toasty Fall flavours…it’s my favourite thing to cuddle up with during Peanuts reruns.
Swop out pumpkin for butternut if you like, and use your go-to, creamiest nut butter.
Who says smoothies can’t be cosy?!

Pumpkin & Earl Grey Latte
Ever thought to combine pumpkin purée with your Earl Grey tea? Probably not. But when you do, beware: you may never go back to a normal cuppa again.
Earl Grey is a black tea blended with the oil of the Bergamot orange, and citrus happens to pair like perfection with pumpkin.
The perfect pick-me-up, pumpkin-y beverage to brew alongside that pumpkin cream cheese muffin.

Pumpkin, Orange & Star Anise Baked Oatmeal
Forget boring oatmeal! Stir up instead a delicate perfection of spiced notes, mellow pumpkin and citrus-y sweetness. Serve in a moat of double cream with lashings of maple syrup, or chill and cut into squares for a spooktacular brekkie-on-the-go.
*Please* don’t let October pass you by without trying my fam’s BFF breakfast, mkay??

Maple-Roasted Butternut Oatmeal w’ Jammy Cardamom Blueberries
Yeah, yeah this isn’t pumpkin, but, BUT, butternut, people! Don’t tell that other gourd I said anything, but….butternut can be a creamy (and sweeter) stand-in for when you can’t find pumpkin!
This oatmeal breakfast is swirls of maple roasted butternut and jammy cardamom blueberries, topped with the buttery crackle of toasty pepitas. The royalty of oatmeal if ever there was—and if you don’t try it, you’ll never know what you’ve missed.
