Grab just FIVE minutes and FIVE ingredients for this insanely delicious, speedy Spiced Skillet Granola!
- 3tbsp coconut oil (can use butter)
- 3tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
- 2tbsp packed brown sugar (I like dark)
- 2tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups rolled oats
Place the coconut oil into your skillet, melting over medium heat. Pour in maple syrup or honey, stirring to combine. Add remaining ingredients, except for the oats. Sprinkle in 1/2 tsp sea salt, stirring and cooking for 2 minutes. Finally, add the oats and cook, while stirring, for 3-5 minutes until toasty, golden and fragrant. Transfer to baking sheet to cool completely before storing. (The granola will crisp up while cooling.)[adinserter block="5"]
